Default Head Gaskets

My XR6 is starting to show symptoms of a rooted head gasket. Coolant is coming out between the head and the block behind the exhaust manifold. Just wondering if when I replace it, would there be any advantages of putting an AU XR gasket in for example. Which model had the best quality standard gaskets? And are they interchangable?

Are the gaskets the same for each series, or is there a particular one to get?

AU seems to be the way to go. But to all out their that have used one, what head bolts do/should you use? and what torque do you take them up to?

This is open to two interpretations, I find one of them very funny. Think about it. :
