We have a Garrison on an air compressor but it wasn't bought off Ebay. We have had it for a few years now and have not had any problems with it even though it has never been serviced. I guess it is a touch harder to start than a Honda but there isn't much in it.

IMO there not worth buying unless there very cheap. We used to sell the Garrison's at work & they got us in alot of trouble.

Real Honda's are made in China these days, lucky they have the quality control & parts back up.

i have one on a concrete trowell and a big one on a concrete saw... they are great... they just like a bit of choke on start up... you can even use real honda parts to fix them...

I bought one with a water pump attached as a fire unit and it hasn't missed a beat so far.

My undrestanding that they are made in the same place as Honda's just not labeled. You get the same sort of thing with the Still copies as well.
