Default GM - Please return so we can tear you another one

They can't be serious. Join up so we can rip thousands off you for servicing and it will only cost us the net cost of a Vette but the dealer may rip you $30k for polishing it before delivery.

and some General Motors Specialty Vehicles (GMSV) showrooms have been busted stinging customers with arbitrary dealer delivery fees of up to $30,000, while others charge $2000.

Good to see the Holden boys have dumped GM for their servicing.

Dealers have told Drive that their Holden service and parts businesses have "collapsed".

In an attempt to lure Holden customers back to factory-backed service centres, General Motors is offering up its most in-demand model as a prize.

"To be eligible to enter the Dream Machine competition, entrants must complete a logbook or 'essentials' service at a GM-certified service outlet,

Who knew that if you shaft your customers, they very well might never return. Well played GM.

To think, Holden had thousands of V8 buyers each month basically eating out of its hand,
you’d think that they’d give anything to have that back again…..but clearly not.

I'm still sore at the loss of the Territory. Maybe not a shafting, but still reason to feel violated. Damn hard to replace what it offered at the price.

I noticed that Mr Dowling virtually copied the GM press release without much additional comment.

I wonder if Ford would've been given the same soft treatment

Absolutely not because Ford =Bad, GM = Good

I wonder if GM greased the wheels with a bit of advertising cash…..
