That's not an AU XR8 220!!!!

Nice car though mate, quite like that colour. You should put the wheels that are on the EL onto the new one.

Very cool - it's nice to have new car, particularly when there's a bit of a gap between them - makes you appreciate the new one even more.

Cheers

Very nice car mate!
Big upgrade!
And, with a BF, the front bar won't fall off like on the BAs!!

That's awesome news! That's money that you can put to better use and you don't have the expenses incurred by an extra car.

We all get a bit emotional when we see an old car leave - we tend to have emotional stakes in our cars. I was a bit down when we left the AU - had a quick look back when we left. I had an XY once that I sold when I bought the XW. As the guy drove it away Sophie cried.

It was nice car - warm 351, single rail 4 speed, no nine inch, Sigma interior (I kid you not), extractors, Holley, twin system and lots and lots of rust. Most of the stereo came out into the XW - amps and subs.

Enough with the Memory Lane. Congrats on the sale.

Cheers

Ironically I needed to get back to work to do it - even though it's not up to the standard of many other people on this forum, I needed a program at work to do it. I had some "down time" yesterday, as the kids don't get back until next week.

Cheers

it's always difficult to let go of an old car, it's a bit like breakin up with a girl, it's only at the end that you remember all the good times. while at the same time you are excited by the new car and all the good times to come.

So when are we going to see the BF start to be modded?
