I have a manual KH Laser. It fires up ok,it revs when I press the accelerator, my problem is it will idle ok for a bit (not long) and then stall. Do you think it could just be a timing issue or a carby issue. Another thing that might point someone in the right direction is, when it begins to stall, I cant recover by pressing the accelerator, she just stalls.
Assistance appreciated

try a new fuel filter
you may have clogged jets inside the carby or the fuel pump diaphram on the carby itself needs replacing check that the dissy cap and leads are good and the spark plugs if it was timing you would have more trouble starting it

Problem was with the ignition module.
