I would say you'd be lucky to get 4k. Nice EL's are selling for 4-5k at dealers now. High k's are killing the price too. Wouldn't be surprised if you only got 2.5-3k.

It all depends on how quickly you want to sell it too.

cheers

Lol, i think i'd be dreaming 5-7K, realistically I'd get more selling the parts and turning it back to stocko but that in itself would cost money too. I would expect 3-4k from the enthusiast, wouldn't bother with the general public 'why is it so loud?'

Toyota? Hell no, if i ever bought one it would be that new 200Kw@Fly V6, such power at stock N/A form :

I have not seen your EB yet only that silly red car :nutsycuck

Redbook values at 1.8-4k. As I said the k's are gonna kill your resale value.

cheers

Yep. With 320k's, I'd put it at $500-$1000 wholesale and possibly up tp $3k privately for someone who fell in love with it.

edit - I does seem ridiculous to be talking money like that for a car that looks as good as that one hey!

This is the shittyest question about it isnt it i got an ef xr6 and id exspect 5 grand minimum but just coz its an xr6 and has lowish ks 180,000 so for regular ones with high kms even tho there modded dont get **** its kind of stupid really.

As i said before, because it has been well looked after and because of all the work done to the engine ie. head gasket and recoed head and newish LPG converter, that in itself would justify a slight increase in $$ over just any old EF on the market. Effectively the bottom end has done 320K not the head or transy as it has also been recoed. So the average E-Series 'enthusiast' would probably pay 3k-4k.

1994 FORD FALCON
EF GLI Wagon 4dr Auto 4sp 4.0i
National average price - private sale* $1,600 - $3,500
Price when new (RRP) $29,349

To be honest I've seen even cheaper than that recently. One with 230K for $1400 and another with 260K for $1200.

Pffffft, no offence man but my car is worth more than an LPG conversion which on average costs around $2000-$2500 these days. I've seen some EB's in absolute ******* shithouse condition going for that much.

Don't worry dude, your car looks clean. If that had've been around a few months back I would have easily paid over $5K. I couldn't find a good wagon at the time so got stuck with a sedan.

That quote is from redbook which is not always accurate. The $1200 and $1400 cars have had very hard miles. i.e. used backpacker trash.

Trouble is LPG installs are basically free now with the rebate, so it would only add $500 max to the resale price.

I got mine for -$360 odd meaning the gov paid me to install it. One in every 5 fords for sale now have LPG and they are all at the same price. It just means yours will sell a bit quicker than one without it.

cheers

4000 would be a fair price. My sisters BF is selling a 95 VR acclaim wagon, it's advertised on carsales for 4.5k stock as a rock with 210,000 kms put it up last night and has allready had a few calls.
