Default Show of Interest

Just a thread on who would be interested on going to Bathurst in 2010. Where the club will organize everything from accomodation / transport / most meals / 4 day all access pass. Keep in mind that you will need from 2 - 3 days off work, and from the top of my head (depending on numbers) around $500 - $600 per person. Please only put your name down if you would go on this trip if we organize it.

I am putting this "show of interest" in the next couple of newsletters, but something that i didn't say before is that we will not consider putting together a trip like this until we reach around 15 - 18 "GENUINE" people on attending this event. Something like this takes alot of phone calls / emails / and hours of organizing, by paying deposits and arranging numerous things. And to make it all worth while, we will need at least 15 - 18 people to put things into motion. We will need to get these numbers soon, as we would most likely need to book accomodation 12 - 13 months in advance.
