trying to put pics on profile, tried the pics under 64kb but still not working??

What size are they? Are you receiving any error message after uploading them? Are you hitting save after you upload them? I know that may seem obvious, but you do have to save them after you upload them. I have forgotten to do that before and the pic didn't upload.

Hi thanks for your reply, the pics is 44kb. it downloads the photo but when i save it leaves a message unable to upload.

What pixel size is it? It has to be 100 x 100 or 150 x 150 pixels or whatever it says AND less than the kb limit.
