Default Summernats 2012 - club display

We have just clarified what is happening with the 2012 Summernats and the Sunday club display for those that are interested .

Sunday 8th January 2012 We will meet and go as a group to the Dixon College carpark at 8 am to collect arm bands and window stickers .

From there We travel to EPIC and enter at gate 7 on Old Wells road (slightly different to last year) .

Again We will be able to set up on the Main arena .

We need to give the organizers some idea of numbers so add you name to the list and number of passengers (only limit is how many you are allowed to carry by law) .

Apart from the rain , last year was a good day and a great venue to promote the club so everyone get on board and join us .

Not only that it will give us a chance to review set ups for our display at our All Ford Day .

Brad, are you able to post how much it will cost us to display for the day as part of the club?

Matt, we are always welcoming new members. There is provision in our constitution for associate members. I am sure that you are more than welcome to come along and meet the current members.

If you are not sure but think you might join us please let me know .

I have to give a reasonable estimate of cars and people by Christmas so the organisers can have enough car stickers and arm bands ready for the day .

Evening all , allthough there were going to be a few "spare tickets" from those I had to advise before Christmas we seem to have jumped in passenger numbers somewhat .
Whilst the additional car from Matt is OK can We please stop the additions to the passenger list .
The last thing We want to do is upset the event organisers as it may well effect next year .

Can I please get some details of what Giants car is including colour .

************************************************** *******
To ensure We are all covered We should all meet at Old Parliament House at 7.30 for a 7.45 sharp departure to ensure we are one of the first clubs to register .

Matt's car is a silver (not sure of the exact colour - not lightning strike, darker) BA Falcon.
