Sorry I thought your + 2 included Billy (it doesn't pay to assume !)

However He should be OK .

I will need to contact the organisers to let them know of our increased numbers .

To clarify for all there have been an additional 5 since We advised the organisers of the numbers that were coming and I do not want to be caught short if they havn't got enough wrist bands arranged .

Hi Brad.

Do you will have enough display room to put up a marquee? Is the club trailer required? If so, I will give it a tub.

Also, can you please confirm where the meet point is? In the original post, it mentions Dickson College car park, and then in a recent post you report behind Old parliament house as the meet point?

Usually the club meets at OPH, then cruises to Dickson College for the entry (so the club arrives as a group).

Well I hope there wont be any more changes but based on the numbers advised I would like to set up in a similar location as to that we were in last year and layed out as per the attached .

This would allow the marquis to face the Summernats crowd .

The area required would be 24 x 16 metres as a minimum .

Nice work Brad. Love the attention to detail with your diagram even reflecting car colours! Which way are the cars facing, and which way is the Summernats crowd? Space wise, do you have provision for the trailer?

Well done

Andrew, I am guessing it will be under your Dad's name. Not sure if there is a need to register. Entry tickets will be hand out at the meet point to the best of my knowledge.

The other Stu.
