apart from normal exhaust stuff, i also did buy a new diff in jan, but same ratio as i previously had. i only got a new diff cuz the centre in the other one was not for short diff gears.

tyres... well they are the same ones i have had for nearly 2 years... just normal 17's. $135 each...

Awesome...with the money u saved you can afford to burn more fuel now :hihi: You headin to the dyno day at redclifff on sat?

That's cheeeeeeeeeeeeeep isnt it? My 4.0 organic is arround $300. I would have thought a turbo flywheel would be $500+ on its own.

yea, it was cheap... i think the flywheel was $170, so if you ever see one for sale, grab it with both hands!!!

it revs so much faster than the old one. there is no way in hell that i can pick a consistant point to change gears at, it swings the tacho very quickly

and about saturday... i need to get a new belt. i am also thinking of getting an xh belt tensioner while i am at it.

but i will be there on saturday

If your running the EF belt setup ive got one at home if you need it?

Yeh but the AU ones are $33 from repco.

What flywheel did you use? from an xr6T? Do the stall converters match up with those?

Autos use flex plates, not flywheels...I don't think a BA flexplate would fit an e-series, and even if it did i on't know if there would be any benifit.

Congrats mate! Had I not been preoccupied I would've replied sooner. You were so close last time I was convinced you could pull off. Great work! I wish I was there to film it this time! Did anyone else?

"Welcome to the 14 second club Sir, would you like to become a member?"

"No thanks, I'm just passing through "

Should we now change that to "Welcome to the 13 second club Sir..." ?

I was searcing for a thread on a different topic before, when I came across this one:

hxxp://www.fordforums.com.au/showthr...ghlight=ported

And I found this post:

Rubish, hair dryers are too easy, do it N/A.

By the way Paul, i forgot to say so far, good work brother. I did not see that coming. It's pure craziness, stock bottom end and head. Are you sure you didn't forget about that 25hp shot of Nitrous?

Why would you, I mean I know you seem to like his stuff, but is Pauls time not enough proof that JMM parts are not necissarily the business?

Wrong just because oed666 ran a fantastic time on non-jmm products it doesn't mean that they aren't the business there are plenty of quick jmm equipt cars out theere

Heh heh. Yyeah That happened to me the same night. This guy in a (roudabout) 95 626 with a zorst and big rims was trying to impress the chick in the passenger seat (my gf said "You can't let him beat you"). Didn't even load 'er up and my stocka smoked 'im. Twice. Amuzing, legal entertainment on an otherwise average drive :Reverend:
