Valued Contributor: For members whose non technical contributions are worthy of recognition. - Issue reason: Jim has consistently for some time now shared his life, and his passions in his XY GT and more so his FG GT in a way so everyone here feels part of the journey, which helps make AFF such a worthwhile place to be. Still, reckon Phillip Glennister would be a good choice from For The Love of Cars..

In fact, he crashes, has the insurance company fork out for the repair bill and then makes a hell of a profit selling on the car

I'd watch it if Matt Le Blanc hosted the show as Joey.

Imagine him in an AC Cobra or McLaren F1?... 2 words only - bankruptcy and Ambulance.

Let's wait and see how the new show pans out before making judgement. I would not have guessed that Clarkson, May & Hammond would have worked out.

i,m a fan of Jenny, she,s a great actor and so much more fun to watch than Angelina Jolie. i think she doesn,t take herself to seriously, how cool is that.

i,ll miss Mr Clarkson quick wit and totally inappropriate one liners, and him poking fun at the french ha,ha.

Their contract with BBC says they can't do a show about cars on television, so they are going to do a show about cars on the internet (amazon prime).

Personally i've never heard or seen anything of 'not the real' Chris Evans. but then i don't listen to BBC radio 2.

Kath and Kim ruined Jennifer Anniston for me by pointing out how much Kel looks like Jennifer Anniston!

I think the fact is if the BBC try to keep the same direction with the show its destined to fail. The 3 made the show what it is today, well two with the addition of may...It may still be a good car show after they're gone but it won't be the comedy a lot of us watch it for.

True. I didn't know he had his own show already. I also thought he'd make a good car show host. I guess someone else did too

I think it will be all right, time will tell. I'm not going to write it off before I see it.
with Evans & Le Blanc they look to already have a comedy theme

Put it this way, what other car show is going to be better?

6 presenters..I wonder how this will go? On the plus side Chris Harris is now on board, let's hope they give him free reign to be himself.
