Ask any of my friends, wife or daughters whether I have too many.
I don't think I do.

Obviously you can only fit so much in a certain sized space.
Generally speaking though, no, you can't have too many toys.

I have about 9 cars with no space to swing a cat over the fence, I know I'm overloaded atm with 5 projects at once and I know it takes me 10 years to finish a car, such the blistering pace I set. I should have them all completed in 2250

That seems to be about the pace I am moving at as well, I think I will need to live to be 100 to see all my cars completed

I think if i build a 7x7 shed with 7x7 awning out the back of the current garage the GT and Kingswood will be stored and have room for a workshop in there too
the awning will also be a bbq entertaining area
then the current attached double garage will become a gym and man cave

just need $30k to build the shed

its all planned in my head i can't wait

the shed is $9k, the slab and excavation will be about the same, then sparky, plumbing and council so about $30k
I can refinance the house but thats a big step for me, would a $30k shed ad $30k to the value of the house? if so i will do it
