Default Resizing an Image?

Is there any way to resize an image, inserted into a post? eg: using BBcode?

Supposedly "[img=100x50]https://www.bbcode.org/images/lubeck_small.jpg[/img]" is one option, according to BBcode, but I'm guessing that's not implemented here?

I use Post images. With that you can choose the image size before adding to the thread. I would expect once added to a thread, the image size is not changeable.

Because I want to make the image even bigger, so that it takes up even more space, and REALLY makes the thread impossible to read

There actually is a method but it's disabled here.
