Default $180,000 Charger

The muscle car frenzy is spreading:

Charger on Drive.com.au

Mind you, it looks exceptionally good.

A 2 barrel charger went for 100k very recently.
For those that dont know a 2 barrel is a lower "performance" model, makes you wonder what a top condition E49 is worth..

I'm missing something - where does it say it runs on LPG?

LPG on a triple carb setup - now there's a challenge!!!

Seriously, I think you might have just been just looking at the big 160L petrol tank...

Same as this one:

What a tuff car! I wonder how much an E49 would go for in the same condition these days...

Some crazy prices for muscle cars at the moment. $250K for an RPO83 and $92K for an XU1 on carsales at the moment. Then there is the $800K being talked about for a HO in another thread on this forum. Makes me glad I hung onto the GT.

$180K for a 2 barrel charger makes a Phase 3 look like bargain of the month @ $800K....

2 brl?? LPG?? where is all this coming from?? Have another look at the ad boys, It’s an E38 6 pack, track pack (160lt fuel tank) car. It’s the 2nd most sort after of the Charger range, basically like the Phase 2 in the Falcon range. The E49 is the premium, this fits in at No.2. I'm not sure I'd be paying $180k for it though, but it sure looks to be mint!

My post above was not regarding this car,but a 2 barrel that reportedly went for 100k recently, showing that the mopars are a quite sought after car,and there are alot less of them than GT's...
