Default Thermo Fans run when ignition turned on car won't start 2.5 telstar

hi

my 1992 2.5v6 telstar started stalling,not starting and both thermo fans run when ignition is on

on the occasion it did run when thermo fans came on it stalled

have replaced fuel filter any other advice would be appreciated

the air con cooling fan should come on with the air con on
both fans check fuses and or relays

have to check if both fan motors are not burnt out (possible)

next if no thermo switch in base of radiator to start them
that fan may be controlled through ecu ... bit its not a new model
