Default Au lane driver's door trim removal

G'day i have a series 1 au lane and i need to get the driver's side door trim off so i can access the window as i need to replace/fix the clips on the bottom of the window... i have removed most of the door trim however, i can't seem to undo the plug that connects to the mirror control and also the door button has a metal rod attached to it...what do i do about that?

thanks

Push the tab on the connector while pushing the plug in then wiggle and pull the connector.
If you need to you can use a screw driver to push the tab.
The lock button should pull out.
