I know there's been much, much debate on this already, but I don't consider this car a PH4.
Those three race cars were race prepared GT sedans. A HO carried a 'H' on the VIN. Would you consider a regular XY GT a HO just because it had been modified to HO specs after it left the factory? There was only one PH4 that left the factory as such.
