seriously... no-one is going to win.. no matter how many rules and laws people throw at eachother...

exactly, but paul and a couple of others are working on getting rid of all bad drivers by way of cutting them off, flashing hi-beams and using hand gestures. one day their mission will be accomplished and we will see parks and swimming pools named after them in recognition of their selfless contribution to the community. :
