matt, each car gets 2 passes, there may be some free space in a few cars. we will try to use all the passes before anyone has to buy a tix

I'll be bringing 1 mate in the car, so not sure if we should put +1 next to the members that are using there pass.

I probably won't bother going on the track, ill just put on a display.

I come back from Queensland on the Monday so might be able to make it just after Midday.

Just a warning to the guys who are taking the part in the "cruise" around the track. It can get very crowded with lotsa different power/speed cars and also not all drivers are of same skill.

One of the critical parts of the track is the main straight which is usually divided in two lanes: one for burnouts, and one for driving through.

I remember a few years ago an accident where an older commodore, due to lack of visibility(burnout smoke) and going too fast, rearended a pristine '65 or '66 mustang(this car was immaculate). The commo driver wasn't insured...

Thats true, insurance wouldn't touch you if they find out accident happened on the track.

considering we are going on the track at 9am, there shouldn't be too much traffic also i'd presume they will put all us 'show cars' on together without any of the entrants

Guys i am pretty sure you dont need a helmet at easternats...
There isnt any high speed corners and there are cones setup to slow you down ...
So looks like the bucket will be safe from a Ned Kelly side helmet..lol
