Default courtesy lights install into falcon

Im looking to install the Fairlane courtesy lights into my Pursuit 250 door trims.
Any advise, on removing the old ones from the Fairlane door trims, without breaking the pins.
the clip removal advise would be helpful, as I broke one, trying to remove it.
thanks

thin run of supa glue around the inside lip still holds them in place. the bulb is replaced by removing the glass/plastic

Using a pair of side cutters to cut the starlock fastener off is about the only way without damaging the pins.
