Good to see so many B Series people interested in holding the B Series Nationals again & retaining Parkes as the venue.

You now need to make one last commitment & that is to Book your accommodation and turn up for the best show in any town.

We asked him if the engine had actually been called “Seagull” and how that came about.
“Actually it was just call “Gull”, because I named it that. Because we knew it was going to poo on everything”.

Guys,
I need a rough idea of numbers looking for rooms.
Need to know if you prefer a family room, twin share, double or single etc....and also if your planning on staying Fri, Sat, Sun etc

At the moment I've been making enquiries for a group booking of 20 rooms and basing it on that.
Trying to get breakfast (for Sat, Sun) and dinner for Sat discounted too. Thinking we could all head out for our traditional Chinese meal on Sunday night.

Be prepared though, that these are no where near as cheap as staying in cabins.....they are roughly double if not a tad more.

Have a couple more calls to make and then can get back to you tomorrow with options.

Meg

Can't speak from experience but I've never heard any complaints so I dont see any reason to change it.
Its easy to say that from Sydney though, we're pretty much the closest.

I think I'll book early this year so i wont have any excuse. Im much more inclined to cabins though.
Spicer park looks the goods.

Knowing my luck though if I book early I wont have a Ford by the time the show comes around :
Hey Clay,
Spicer is good, but there is potential for a problem there.
Being a council run park they like to keep their cabins open for miners coming into town on weekends off (these miners are the parks bread n butter). Hence we can't book before August (even then it's only 5 out of 10 cabins they'll consider) and it's take pot luck if he will actually give you a cabin, all depends on his mood.

It was Adam, was fortunate last year in having one of the girls at the visitors centre put pressure on him to book us early.

Ok have put both Raani and you down for a double...just looking at one quote I've received back so far. Rooms like terrific and menu looks good also.

No way! I wouldnt want to prove that QLD air is bad for performance, I'd rather just blame it on your cars :
Going to pay Dazzling Performance a visit though.
