In reality diesels are here for a fair while yet . just how it is .

Maybe those who get knocked around by it riding bikes and where ever else might need to read this and buy something like these...

Yes I have known this for some time, more people die in Hong Kong than all other pollutants combined. The **** can be seen in the shipping lanes from space. The poorer the countries the more sulphur they use. Australia want let ships in if there using over a certain % of Sulphur.

I'm going with the bent theory. See if you had a turbo 6 it'd be realistic

Everything in Australia should be nuclear powered. No emissions. Its ridiculous we have only one nuc power station. And our 50 billion dollar subs will be petrol driven. What a calamity, Nuc powered subs can stay under water indefinitely only surfacing for food. Our ****ty subs must surface for fuel and air and there three times easier to detect by sub killers. Second worse 50 billion spent by our dumb **** pollies after the stupid **** disastrous NBN.

Lovford, you seem to let a lot of emotion cloud your 'facts' and therefore undermine your overall argument e.g. Australia has NO nuclear power station, we have a world class research reactor, producing medical isotopes (exported globally) and particles for scientific study http://www.ansto.gov.au/AboutANSTO/OPAL/index.htm and our new submarines will be diesel / electric https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collin...cement_project with the remote possibility of the last few version to be nuclear powered.
Please include some links, with referenced studies, to cover some of your statements. It would go a long way to improving your standing with the group.

How many cycles is a DPF good for on a ranger?
I drive it long enough that getting overfilled shouldn't be an issue but it'd be handy to get an idea on how much life is left in it before it needs to be replaced. And has anyone fitted an aftermarket replacement? What was the cost versus a factory replacement?

if you get a full regen, limitless..

you can also back flush them with cold water.. water and compressed air works well..

Where abouts have you sourced your info from? The articles that I read online said the units had a life expectancy of a number of cycles, but didn't specify the number.
I can't imagine it being limitless... every part will wear out eventually..
