 : Ok outside of cricket his stuffed up a couple of times; but who the heck hasn't! The man is a champion at what he does; and if he thinks taking his kids to the UK is better/offers more opportunity; then so be it. And Im not going to even start on you ambrose1...what was the score in the last test/one dayers and any other cricket encounter involving NZ and AUS lately?...lol The guy makes squillions, let him enjoy his cash FFS.

09:45 AEDT Tue Mar 15 2005 Australian cricketer Shane Warne may have told the world he and his family are moving to England but his wife Simone says they are not. "We're not moving overseas," Mrs Warne told The Australian newspaper on Tuesday. "It's something we have talked about and we will see what happens later this year but that's about all I can say at the moment." The champion legspinner announced at the weekend that he intended to make England his new home and the family would move there by the end of the year. Warne is under contract to play with county side Hampshire until 2008. So who's wearing the pants now??.....

Warneys a champion and without a doubt one of the finest ballers ever, if not the greatest. I really couldnt care less about what happens off the field, thats his problem and alot of its more than likely over exaggerated by the media. Alot of the Australian cricketers go over in the english summer to play cricket.

It will be a sad day when Shane leave's, a true Champion he is,but if he wants to move to England then good luck to him,at least he will still be available to play for the Aussie's.
The world's greatest leg spinner will be missed and always good for making news on a boring day. I bet his Mansion will bring in a fortune at Brighton,lovely house it is. Cheers John

at the end of the day all he is, is a cricket player. i dont understand how people can idolise sportsmen/woman, insted why doesn't everyone idolise people that have done great things to help there fellow man/woman, community and country....not people that hit balls with sticks!
