Default Performance upgrades Mondeo XR5 turbo

Hi guys n’ gals, looking to to “mild” upgrades to my standard NB 09 model, which has a transplanted Focus ST225 motor from Focus XR5. Would appreciate recommendations/suggestions for cat-back exhaust, cold air intake/pod filter and tune (hoping for 200KW/400Nm. Anything else I should consider? Thanks DB

As above.
Bigger intercooler.
Factory intercooler on these are rubbish and heat soak badly
A good mate of mine runs both of these.
Has been around euro fords for donkeys, i never trusted anyone else with my cars than him when i had my XR5T
