Default Help wanted follow up

I am trying to find the fuse box inside my cougar I just purchesed, I figure its behind the big plastic panel below the steering wheel, but don't know how to remove without breaking it, can someone tell me how to do this what should be an easy job.

It is not under steering wheel. It is under glove box on the passenger side. There is a clip beside the fuse box and you just need to flip it and the fuse box drops down. Best way is look under the glove box (its hard to put your head under) and you will know what to do. Which fuse are yo after? There is another relay box with fuses under bonnet.
