Just a heads up. Supercheap are having a sale on Nulon Full Synthetic Long Life Engine Oil - 5W-30, 6 Litre oil for $29.99 each.

This is one of the oils that meets Fords specification Ford WSS M2C 946A, which is good for Ford FGII XR6 4.0L Petrol engine. Also suits FG-X XR6 and Newer petrol Territories as well.

Castrol Edge 5w-30 is $68.89 for 10 litres at Supercheap starting Wednesday 26th September. Equivalent to $34.45 for 5 litres.

Got 5 litres Castrol Edge 0W-40 (that is the Boss 290 recommended oil spec) for $63 today at the 30% off Auto Barn sale. It was the only brand of 0W-40 they had in bigger than 1 litre size.

Supercheap has this for about $90, so discount seems legit.

A couple of weeks ago Autobarn had 30% off oil so i dropped in to get some for my new BAXR6T project car thinking i'd just run semi synthetic Nulon like i do in my N/A BF.

Turns out Penrite make a special 7 litre container specifically for the Turbo Barra's..5W40 Fully Synthetic and the extra litre is to make up for the Turbo oil lines when you entirely drain all the oil.

I got one container for something like $63 which was about $25 off!!!!!!

Engine oil is 5 times cleaner now than when i first checked the car out before buying it.

I regular use Castrol Edge 0W-40 in my FG F6. Yes it is expensive. But it is one of the best on the market. And i noticed that the engine oil temp runs cooler, than the 15W-40.

I couldn't get to Repco until today. So ordered online, using a dormant email account (unused for 2+ years) and a big 4 bank debit card.
Woke up this morning to a phishing scam email. I called my bank rather than hit their link, so all good I hope.
I'm wondering if anyone else had this experience with Repco online. PM me if you want

Only online ordered with supercheap no issues. However hope you got the oil on sale. If concerned I'd contact Repco and tell them about your findings. They may or may not be related. I would check for malware/scamware/virus's on your PC (assuming your using a PC instead of smartphone), or check your dormant email account for anything you may of clicked on accidentally.
