Default xr6t mods have started

hey guys
have started the mods on the xr6t
1 typhoon rims 19 inch
2 custom plates ih8hsv
3 custom lowered pedders springs
will be completed by all ford day and has had a decent buff no more police numbers (photos to follow) after all ford day

stage 2 -typhoon intercooler (or pwr intercooler)
stage 3 - bta custom injectors / internal fuel pump/bta custom tune then hope it runs 12s qters

no chance no fpv front bar for me its going to be a (semi) sleeper i had the choice to have the intercooler unpainted so i could polish it. getting painted as it would leave the factory silver and a black top

update on project intercooler well started last night firstly removed front bar (not to hard) then remove stock intercooler again not to hard the fun started when i tried to fit my typhoon intercooler (after and a few swear words) found the brackets dont fit so a quick phone call to ali at bta for some advise ive now ordered a set of typhoon brackets from our other sponser bradgarlicks and hope now it all goes togehter tonight fingercrossed (will have photos up soon)

dammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm this is turning into a real pain got a set of brackets from ford and still wont fit off to see ali at bta check out there typhoon and set up brackets etc hey frank your correct should have checked your car out first dammmmmmm dammmmm dammmmmmm lucky its not a daily and i can afford to have it sitting around

hope all will be sorted have been down to bta and checked out ali's typhoon hopefully should work out found the mount point for the right hand bracket is not the same as a xr6t but use the next set of holes makes sense when you look at a typhoon have to thank ali for his help

dammmmmm again my xr6t doesnt have the holes for the typhoon bracket (out comes the drill) ill make it fit if its the last thing i do anyway as the say it will be worth it in the end has been a interesting process ill post the pictures of the prosess and parts reqiured once finished
