Default Pictures missing from thread, possible database problem?

Hi,

I've just been made aware that my build thread is looking threadbare in the pics department.

Early pics are there but there seems to be no code for pics starting from about page 2 (the way I view things), though one later pic is showing up.

I haven't checked in a long time but I'm wondering if this occurred since the recent upgrades? Has anything else along these lines been reported?

I do have these pics so can fix things if possible.
