Hey guys,
Well we skipped a cruise last monthy due to poor weather and cold but i think its time we get up and out in our beasts! We are going to be cruising the newly finished EASTLINK freeway as it is free for the first month of operation. The cruise will aproximatly take all day with a nice leasurly cruise down the freeway the whole way to frankstone where we will stop have some lunch and maybe some photo opportunitys then we will head back towards home.  MEET POINT Sunday the 20th of JULY. 9.30am nice and easy. leave at 10am sharp. Yarra bend BLVD melways map 45. A1. (we have met there before for a VSS cruise) We will then venture onto the eastern freeway following it till it turns into EASTLINK and follow this all the way to frankstone with no stops. please make sure you have a full tank of petrol it is only a 45km trip to frankstone. WHAT TO BRING * You and your car (obviously) * CB comes in real handy so bring one if you can * A full tank of fuel which will be more than enough * Camera and Video is a great idea too The Fine Print 1. Obey all laws whilst on the cruise; this means no speeding, no overtaking over double lines (no matter how safe you think it may be), etc...Any breaches will be reported to the local police. 2. There is a designated cruise leader who will lead the way and set the correct pace for all cruise members. There is also a designated cruise anchor that will stay at the back of the cruise. You must not overtake the cruise leader, or fall behind the anchor. If you have to stop or drop back for what ever reason, the anchor will stay back with you. 3. Use the Buddy system; always make sure you can see the car behind you. This will give people behind you an indication on where to turn to make sure nobody gets lost. 4. CB Radios; if you don’t have one, follow the maps, and directions given out. If you do have one, please limit chatter during the twisty parts of the cruise. This will allow the cruise leader to relay information about road conditions, upcoming obstacles, etc. efficiently. 5. By attending this cruise you agree not to hold ORSM FORD CRUISES, it’s Administrators, Moderators, Cruise Organisers/Cruise Controllers, or Owner responsible/liable for any damage and/or grief sustained (simply; if you stuff up it is your fault, not ours). went for a cruise on it yesterday, me and about another 1400 bikes, saw only 1 cop car, although I know there is lot of cameras
