17 December - Tele Point Cruise
The next run for the Mid North Coast Ford Owners Club is scheduled for December 17th to Telegraph Point (Wilson River) via Wauchope and Beechwood. The club will meet at the Car Park near the Port Fish Co-op at 10am prior to setting of on the cruise to picnic grounds at Telegraph Point beneath the Wilson River Bridge (Pacific Highway). From the Fish Co-op the run will then proceed along Hastings River Drive, turn left at the highway and right at the donut onto the Oxley Highway. Drive through Wauchope and, turn right at Pembroke Road (Showgrounds) and drive to the intersection for a right turn and follow all the way to Telegraph Point. The picnic ground and car park are located under the southern side of the Wilson river Bridge. A BBQ and soft drinks will be provided by the club for gold coin donations for sausage sandwiches (all you can eat) and soft drinks and $2.00 for steak sandwiches each for members and family members, and new comers are more than welcome to come along. Just make sure you’re in a Ford.
