9mm mdf is just the right thinkness the hatch closes on the corners and holds it in place.

Some new pics just after washing it with some of the meguiars nxt gen car wash.
I need to get a new cam it looks so much brighter in person.

The nxt gen stuff is so good I'll be getting some of wax next time even with just the car wash it looks like the car is polished.

looks good. im yet to try the nxt gen car wash, whats it like???
im happy with the stuff i have now (armour all, light blue formula without wax)
the other night i gave my car a going over with meguiars Xscratch and then nxt gen wax, came up a treat.. took me long enough though.
your cars ride height is very nice by the way, how much did you say the springs set you back?
i have to invest in some soon. as im almost definately buying some nice 17's within the next couple weeks

I'm really liking this car wash. Seems to do a better job then the Gold Class. And its only 20$ for 1.8 litres.

Cost me about $300 for the springs not including fitting. Not to sure how much they go for here might wanna contact eibach here in aus for that. Or as I said in the clear side repeater thread King springs have a set of lows for the fiesta.
