Default New radio install in 2004 territory

Hey guys, im looking to install a new radio in my territory under the ICC. Now from what ive seen there are 4sets of plugs that go into the back of the ICC. What im trying to find out is the best wires to splice into for the constant power, switched power, earth and all the speaker wires.

If possible a picture would be extremely helpful.

Thanks!
