Default Tickford Mag Question

Was looking at going from my original Tickford 17" alloys to an aftermarket 18". All rims are in good condition except 1 which has been scuffed quite hard, against a kerb by the looks of it. This will devalue what I could expect to get for them.. Can this be repaired? Are the alloys just painted, if so, does anyone know what the official colour is???
Cheers
Dale

Yes it can be repaired. All Ford alloys are painted as far as I know, and the standard colour I'm led to believe is "Ice Mint Silver".

You wont get much for them regardless, there are heaps of them around. Cost about 120 to get it fixed, drop the price by 120 and have better luck selling them! There is always the occasional 1 or 2 for sale on Ebay so if someone wants to replaced the damaged one they wont have much trouble.

The AU series 1 17" Tickfords are not fully painted. The front face of the spokes have a machined finish and a clear coat on top.

Ok, thanks for the response. Im in NZ so will check on our Trade Me to see what the going rate is. Have talked briefly to our local dealership and he would trade them (havent talked dollars yet). He uses them to flash up standard AU's on the lot.
Cheers
