I went and had a look at Falcon Coupe's car too.. but didnt say hi, as i wasnt sure that it was his.

I'm a bit shy.

It was a good night though, some really fast cars, and some not so fast cars (the 22 second 60mph laser comes to mind). We headed home about 9, as i was getting really tired and cold.

Will be at the next one though

So how did everyone go? For what it's worth I would think 22sec is pretty slow for a Laser - any Laser! It's more like Niki 650 pace haha

That Laser got pretty annoying.. but he got his money's worth. He would have got atleast 6 - 7 runs.

Did you see that red thing? With the mis matching drivers side door? Damn that thing flew, it had a little turbo engine in it.

Hi John, the laser with the ice cream bucket scoop on the bonnet yes 22 sec pass's at 60 mph...yes it did get to 100klms before the line....it looked like it was painted with pressure pack cans...
the 6 cylinder XE turbo is a winner 10.50, little purple torana 6 cylinder red motor with a turbo built by Goerge Haddad has run a 10 best he got friday was a 11 in street trim..
Nathin Higgins was trying out some of those new Mickey Thompson ET street radails they look like they hook up very well..cost app $280 ea.. priced well..

Guy's Sleeper or Tranquilizer, that would have to be the slowest car i seen at Calder considering he has serious about his racing....it took so long then another 30 sec waiting for him to get of the end of the track..
gee we are harsh...he must have had fun..

well he certainly got his moneys worth.. he would have had about 6 runs atleast. Thats 3minutes of racing!

I should have taken my car out there, and given him a close race!
