Question 1/2010 fiesta zetec fog lights

Hi sorry if this has been previously covered to death.

I bought my daughter a WS ZETEC Fiesta for her first car. The car comes with fog lights fitted and a console button to turn them on, however they do not work. I have replaced the H11 globes and also checked and replaced the fuse in the engine bay but still no good.

Could someone / guru please advise if I am missing something completely like any other required wiring or relays etc. or is this a ford must install feature or similar. I have a 2010 Focus TDCI which also has fog lights fitted and they work when you pull out the multifunction light switch.

TIA
Rob......
