Default Time to kill in Sydney after summernats, what to do?

We are heading to the summernats in january... and we have a few days in sydney afterwards, what should we do while we are there? It's a No chicks holiday, so car stuff is what we are looking for.

Anyone know of places we can get early falcon parts, and mustang/camaro places in sydney? And anywhere in particular we should go for a good feed?

Are rocket industries open to the public, they are in sydney somewhere arent they?

Rocket Industries is very close to Eastern Creek Raceway ... on Huntingwood drive ... open weekdays from 8:30am.

Open to the public.

Eastern Creek is not quite Sydney lol, it's a bit of a drive into the city.

As for spare parts places, we have a few decent wreckers. And some are very specific, so getting on the yellow pages website might be helpful.

There are good restaurants around but it depends on where you want to go. Chilis is always a safe option for eating out (better than Maccas) - at least you get a good feed for not too cheap but not too nasty lol. There's one at Penrith, there's one near Parramatta...

Yeah, you have to try some Krispy Kreme doughnuts. And take a few dozen back home... To kill your cravings and to show the people back home what their missing out on.

Most cruises seem to end up at a krispy kreme so perhaps we can organise a Janurary cruise

On a wed night go to WIZARD and watch the drags. Black stump is always a good feed, there's a few local pubs out my way i could reccomend but it really depends on where you stay.
