Default How do you edit your own posts?

Hi,

How do you edit your own posts, particularly in your own thread?
I see that the edit feature hangs around for a few hours but after that, you're stuck with what you've posted.
I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so I want to fix my errors in my project thread.

I also want to change the title to:

1990 NA Fairlane SVO: Project Thread

Valued Contributor: For members whose non technical contributions are worthy of recognition. - Issue reason: For quietly going about moderating in a fair and even manner.

No way around the timeout period that I know of.

But that doesn't apply to Moderators

I've changed the title for you. I've always been a huge fan of the SVO cars, love what you're doing to the Fairlane, especially the SVO 17" wheels.

Cheers, Rob

Ah, damn. I'll just have to double check what I write.

Thanks for changing the title and the compliments on my car, mate.

I post on an American drag racing forum and they have the same policy there as here, the owners theory? "you type it, you own it - forever" and it is a completely un-moderated forum, so absolutely anything goes
