Default Summernats 2013 - Sunday Club Members Entry

Hi Guys,

Are we still getting together for the Sunday of the Summernats? I think I heard from someone that we get free entry and we park our cars inside for the day.

Cheers.

Mick

Not sure Mick. This was the case last year.

I'll send and email to the rest of the committee and see what I can find out. Watch this space.

Good evening Ladies and Gents.

I have just heard back from the organiser of the tickets.

I need to supply the final list of cars and numbers on Monday. Therefore the cutoff for cars and passenger numbers will be midnight Sunday night

Apologies for the short notice guys and gals.

Cheers

Hi all.

Just to avoid any confusion and ambiguity, please adjust the number of passengers in the vehicle to be the total number of persons travelling in the car. I am not sure if number of passengers is meant to include the driver. If I supply total number of persons in the vehicle, there can be no ambiguity.

Cheers

Thanks Molly. Hope you had a great Chrissy and New Year as well.

On a side note, I have arranged to collect the trailer from Dane so that we will have some shade in the form of a marquee. Could be warm.

You may need to Molly.

Revised temperature for Sunday is now 37 DegC. I am sure I do not need to remind members to bring good sun protective hats and plenty of sunscreen. We will have the marquee, but you will need to bring your own portable shade and drinks.

Cheers

As far as I know Andrew, there is no limit on what time you can leave. I understand that once you leave, that's it, independant of time - no matter what time that is.

I have you listed as an entry of two with the car. I pretty sure that they will not need a pass for the young fella.

Cheers

Saw your car out Brad (you scoped a good position), didn't manage to find you though.

Nah spent a great deal of time searching for Samuel , little bugger wandered off with a new friend (same age as him) and they went out of the arena (were told not to) and went over to the dyno shed and had a great time . meanwhile the other kids Mother (in tears) and I were searching everywhere in the heat , the Police and event staff were also looking .
Where We were parked was were the "top 60 street" had to park to be re judged .
Didnt get any further but to be in the top 60 is a great achievement given that it was probebly one of the few in that lot that is actually driven daily .
