Paddy, just to let you know I will not be able to put my car in the show for next weekend as I had a slight problem with a pole in a carpark in Coffs Harbour. Will try to have repairs done in time when we get back on Monday, if not I will still be there on the day.

Cheers

Rosie.

Don't bet on photo ops at Parliment House, on Saturday, we were there for less than a minute before the protective services told us in no uncertain terms to move on.

Well then we'll go down to old Parliament House. They'll leave us alone there for 20mins or so.

Hey James - Here is the link to the actual overall event.
http://www.actmotorclubs.org.au/go/marques-in-the-park
There is a contact about halfway down the page (Bruce Perry) give him a call if you want and he will confirm the suggested actions if the event is rained out (total cancellation - car park shift etc).
I do know our club hasn't got an official cancellation or move plan but if the rain is in-evidable Im sure we will come up with something.

At the moment the forecast is Fine Saturday and only a possibility of showers for Sunday. We've done a recce on the ground today and its all pretty firm and well drained from the last 24hrs of odd showers.

The organisers of Marques in the park do have a contingency plan if necessary.

Clear Sunny (hot) day, the thunderstorms stayed away until well after the show.
56 registered entrants. 63 cars all up.
Great turnout from the FTF, T series, & X series boys and a great lineup of independant entries.
