Default Bathurst/Mt Panorama Cruise 21/08/2011

Hi All,

A group off the Ford Forums site are meeting up to go for a cruise to Bathurst, have some lunch at one of the clubs etc, if anyone is intersetd in coming along. I have put my name down to go with them.

Not sure how to link the thread, sorry. But it is in the Forums under the same heading I have put.

Everyone is meeting at McDonalds Penrith on the day, then all cruise up to Bathurst.

Cheer's

Adam

This member posted a download link, with instruction, on how to do it myself. One week on, the unit hasn't played up once. Three different dealers told me to virtually 'Live with it.

One thing I might just point out about the route your taking from the start point.

Your probably best to guide the cars through down via Castlereagh Rd out of Penrith, Not the Northern Road, Northern Rd = lots of traffic lights, speed camera, more lights...
You could still go over the railway on Macquarie, but turn left onto Coreen Ave, not right. Then take Coreen Ave all the way to Castlereagh Rd.

You'll get a smoother run that way

Otherwise its a winner all the way to the track.

Ah cool.

Stupid question, but can you just modify the route for me on googlemaps?

I'm on my iPhone, so it's quite stupidly hard to modify it.

Cheers.

There ya go

LINK

Its the way I usually go back to Richmond when I go home from Penrith
There's also plenty of places to pull over if people get left behind.

G'day guys,

I know I'm not a member, but I will be in Bathurst that day, so if it is okay I might tag along for a cruise.

Just out of interest, is there a time/place in Bathurst I can try and meet you guys? We'll be staying at the Citigate on Mount Panorama, so if it easier to meet everyone on the Mountain that's fine by me.
