Yep optional alloys for ZL Fairlane, very similar to the Volante wheels from ZJ/K but with the centre cap covering the wheel nuts.

Next question is I have 4 plastic centre caps for the rims and I was going to sell them, are they worth anything?

sell the rims with the caps. worth something if you have a ZL and want it to be stock. being 14 inch means they possibly wont be attractive to most, unless, like I said they are restoring a ZL fairlane.
They are probably (I'm guessing here) only going to take a 205 - 215 tyre, again, so possibly not the best choice if you wanted something different.
If it were me, I'd probably put them on my trailer, may look nice, but that's probably not what you want to hear.

Yes zl fairlane. 14 inch by 7 inch wide. I learnt to drive on Dads Fairlane with those rims. He bought it brand new in late 1985 just before unleaded fuel came out.
