Thumbs up Central QLD'rs

Took some photos at Moby Vics just south of Caloundra Turnoff but the work camera was fubar! Anyway, caught up with the Tuckies, Foxy and Peta, Wayne and Lindsey at the Moby Vics. Three "FALCON 45" cars! And one new Super Pursuit...what a smart looking bunch they were. Thanks for stopping in for a cuppa you lot and we'll see you bright and early ready for our huge convoy out to Willowbank on Sunday morning...3:30am departure from Caloundra...oh dear!!!

G'day All,

Well not the result in the racing that we were expecting but a great time was had by all anyway. I would like to thank all of the Events Crew for the super job in the organizing the weekend and to all the Clubbie who came along and shared the time with freinds. Around 36 cars and 80 people on Saturday and 78 Cars and 180 people on Sunday. I would also like to thank you all for the effort you put into preparing your cars even though you knew how dusty they would get as soon as they entered the track. You are all a credit to the club. I hope to see you all again at the next Event.

Ken

Thanks for a great weekend to all the hard working committee members. As you said Ken not quite the result we were all looking for through our blue glasses but the days weren't all red. James Courtney was doing a great job and it was fanatasic to see that blue #4 at the front of the pack again. Solid results from Jason Bright, Craig Lowndes and Russell Ingall as well. Glad you enjoyed your weekend Willow welcome aboard.

Yes it was a great weekend. A big thankyou to the club members who organised everything, which made it such a good enjoyable weekend for everybody. Another thankyou to all from BOWDENS, love the bucket(now just got to teach Deb how to use it) sorry didn't make it for draw, little bit under the weather(so to speak). Lets hope we (FORD) have a better weekend next year so we can all cheer them on. Mark.

A good showing of cars on the weekend, made the holden display look poor, XR's galore. The silver dual axle BA looked unreal !!!! Looked pretty trick inside too with the monitors.
