Default Is this an oil leak?

Gday all, I was doing a routine check under the bonnet and noticed what may be an oil leak from the inlet section of my engine. Wondering if this is a leak, or more a normal sweat, any help would be great.Thank you.

That section is the Throttle Housing Anti-Shudder Valve. It's suppose to close when you shut down the engine reducing vibrations, mine seems to work, when I shut down it's instant and nothing felt/heard as you'd expect.

Take it off and clean it (as well as the MAP and Air inlet temp. sensors) then look at the EGR valve. There's an oil/air separator that may need looking into but don't quote me on that.

On the other hand if your charge air pipe is oily I hope it's not a failed seal or similar in your turbo. Lets just concentrate on it being a simple pollution gear issue and need a clean for now lol ;)

I was close Inlet Air Shut Off Throttle, controls the volume of air and EGR for the desired effects (read emissions) and ensures the engine doesn't run on after shut down.
