Agree.

Melbourne freeways are clogged full of trucks (in the right lanes),

With other cars all competing to do the speed limit + / - 1 kmh - really blocks up the traffic and causes other bad driving behaviours.

Why - you must be doing the right thing if you are not speeding and the speed cameras wont get you.

It doesn't mean its good driving.

A marked car or bike moving through traffic seems to sort the behaviour out though.......
