Hi I have an AU3 XR6 HP (non irs) and have a bit of an issue with the rear pads. The ones in the car are wearing weirdly, asif they do not have full contact with the rotor surface on the bottom 1/4. Eventually the Bottom 1/4 started making contact with the inside of the rotor. Now i have done some research and found standard AU2-3 rear pads are db1376 and AU2-3 xr6 are DB1354. Could the problem be wrong pads (Look identical to BA rears)? OR could it be Wrong rotors? As far as I can tell the car does not have the "tickford" upgraded brakes. The calipers themselves look similar to BA rears. Has anyone experienced this before or know which is the correct pads that should be in there?

DB1354 are for the Tickford premium brakes and you are correct about them being the same as BA rears

Are the slides moving ok? What diameter are the rotors, 287mm? and solid type? If so, that is the standard size for AU II/III

I don't have any pics, forgot to take them when I had them apart and the discs are solid unsure of the diameter though. The slides seemed ok when had it apart. At this point I'm leaning towards possible wrong rotors. What are the correct discs? Db503's?

uneven wear can be caused by a worn sticking calliper exerting uneven pressure on the pad

You will need 2 DBA503 rotors and a set of DB1376 pads. If I were you I would also clean the caliper slides and re grease them before you put the pads and rotors in. Then after all that, bleed the brakes thoroughly front and rear.

Yeah I didn't think the problem was the calipers so I will start with a set of rotors and pads but will also clean and grease the slides! Thanks for the replies so far!

As Papa Smurf has mentioned.
FYI the DB1086, DB1354, and DB1376 are all essentially the same, they use identical backing plates only the friction material changes between all three part numbers. So really you can run any of these pads.

Had a very similar issue on our AU3. Turns out it was the wheel bearing that was completely rooted (and I mean completely.) It was allowing the axle and rotor to move so much it was wearing on the calliper.

I've checked the wheel bearings and they are ok, also happend to both sides so thats why i was thinking rotors.
