Default broken immobiliser 94 festiva

hey guys, so the other day i was soldering the Acc/ignition wire on my gen 2 1994 ford festiva and i forgot to disconnect the battery. i am no sure what i did, i think i either blew a fuse or did something to the immobiliser. now when i turn the ignition the engine doesnt crank but all the electronics work. also there is a red light to the right of my steering wheel that is always on now. however im not sure if its a fuse because when i went to test the wires to see which is the constant 12v with a volt checker the wire was dead.
