Default Quarter Mile Registry

Can we have one? Can we? Can we? :p

They removed this from the other place. I think it's a lot more useful than .... somthing like a Track Kills area.

I needs the usual details including mods, ET, MPH, etc.

Pleeeaaaaassssseeeee!

Nah, just want to see my name ahead of yours on the registry...just for a while. I'll make sure I get a screen shot too.

Yep i'm hooked. Too bad about the 2 1/2 hour drive each way to the track.

I want to run the ute in cooler weather. I'm hanging for a cold day to run it again. I've seen that the 350Z runs a 14.3 in wheels... ON AN 11 DEGREE DAY!

Just remember Andrew this is all your fault. Oh and the others that were involved. You know who you are.

I like the idea of a registry for ET drag times but it needs to be policed better, a validated time slip only before your numbers go on the registry...
One more thing it should be called OFR time slips registry lol...

Run it in the middle of winter next year with the turbo setup you have thats going on there and you'll certinally feel the difference. I can see one little Au ute being put across from Grunter's monster T3 when you done. I'll see to that one ;)

Yeah its my fault I'll cop that. So when we going again

Def one for each.

One for qtr and one for Horsepower. Both to be backed up by timeslips/dyno sheets.

Maybe to save space we leave it like the old list as a top ten only ???

Can there also be a KW registery??

Every entry backed up with a graph.

It'll be very cool. Especially with Dyno comps comming up soon!

True to a point, whilst dyno graphs vary a lot, so do 400m times.
Drivers, traction, temperature, etc, all play a large part in a cars times, so 400m times taken on different days, at different tracks, with different drivers, are really no more relevant than dyno graphs IMO.

I'd like to see both, and with as much detail as is possible.

Rick.

I like the idea of dyno sheets as well. Even though they are all different it is still good to look at. If there is a timeslip to back it up then even better.

Is it better to have
"Oh yeah a mate looked under my bonnet and he say's I have 300KW"

or actual printouts? I know they can be bodged and a variety on different things but they are a dam site better!

I say actual printouts and timeslips only. There are enough dyno and drag days to allow everyone to have access to one.

I'm happy to see a power and torque figure on the same page as the time slips. We all know the accuarcy of dyno's (or lack of).

There is a timeslips database made for vBB3 forums. There is also a content management front end that very easy to use so you can have news, tech articles, photo database, readers rides etc built in. Let me know if you need a hand with this as i had it all setup on other sites before.
