i tried the changing the globe again, this time managed to get the plastic shelf with the aux and usb connection off, tried reaching inside but the wire is connected to a smaller box not to the globe itself,
gave up and changed the dome lights to led instead.

I washed it! And found some damage...

Anyone got any idea how to buff out a scuff mark off a rim? Just on the off chance that the Ford guys won't repair it? It's only little, but I'm incredibly cheesed off, added to the crack that I found in the drivers side mirror (plastic)...not happy...

Thats a bugger, yeah i had a mark on the rear bumper, polished it out

I can't for the life of me find what's clipping it in place besides the push screws on top, there is some clips, but they seem to be for the actual bumper and I can't see anything around that because it just blocks everything.

Righto, so sadly only got time to do this after the meet I went to last weekend, but here's what I've done this week.

got the grill off, just had you yank it forward, 2 clips holding it in place.

Bottom one off, clips all around, just pulls out from the front.

pulled this plastic cover off, going to get the ram air pipe from my pod filter and sit it down here.

All painted! there's a run in the big grill, i'll take them off again in a few weeks, sand, primer paint and clear coat, just learning how to paint with spray cans for now.

Bit of fun on the engine cover, dunno if i'll keep it this way though haha.

I punctured my front right tyre on a mates gate peg driving into his back yard, going into it, I scraped under the car, going out of it I thought i'd just drive over it.

Haha, we've had another 5 or 6 punctures between the workshop staff since we moved into our new factory, its not as bad now as the car park area is bigger, but its got to the stage where you drive in the exit, rather than the entry, or you'll drive through the field of death, haha.

I'll take the wheel off tomorrow and look for a tyre joint, chances are I'll need a new tyre. I won't be doing that again for a while.

Yesterday it got fixed. Realignment of bonnet and boot and head and tail lights, fixed the side mirror with a pretty new one.

Today Rancidpunx gave it a scrub up! Will post photo's once I get it back!

Finally got around to getting my eibach springs & bilstein shockies fitted yesterday, and wow. Along with a whiteline rear sway bar I fitted a while back what an absolute joy the old TDCi is to drive now
