Default Honda 25cc 4 stroke

Well, had enough of the Ryobi 2 stroke line trimmer so we both visited the tip and only one of us came home. Grabbed it by the end and did the big hammer throw ...... felt good to see that piece of crap floating high through the air. When you purchase one of these pieces of junk, they should come standard with an uppercut. WHAT WAS I THINKING?????

Time to shout me a new one so off to the Honda shop I go. Walked out with a line trimmer and a blower unit. Both 4 stroke petrols..... and what a blast they are. Easy to start. So easy in fact that there is now little excuse for the wife and kids not to have a go. And the best thing ..... no mixing fuel anymore. HURRAY!

I am totally wrapped at these little units. I recommend them to anyone looking for new gardening equipment. They cost more but come with 4 year warranties. A friend has had his for over 10 years and has just added fuel and changed oil and it still starts with ease.

So there you have it. Thought I'd share that with you lot. So, go out and get yourself one next time you need one or just buy online.
Cheers.
John.

Yep, Honda lawn care stuff sure is the best gear I have used. Their lawnmowers are fantastic also.

Amen to that

Honda garden equipment is da bomb. 2 stroke bites when it comes to small engines. Newer 2 stroke's are better but still no where as good as a 4 stroke. I remember the joy when i replaced my old Evinrude 4hp outboard motor with a Honda 4 stroke, no longer did i have to pull the cord 30 times to start it.

Haha funny you should say that. I have (I would imagine) the exact same evinrude engine for my tinny and as you have said, it's a right royal pain in the butt to start.

Out of curiosity how much did you pay for the line trimmer?
